When the staff at the famous Hollywood Roosevelt decided it was time to give the landmark hotel a much overdue face lift, they called on BCG Concepts to facilitate the design and installation of the audio video system in the newly remodeled penthouse suite. The design consisted of four flat panel displays ranging from 23 to 63 inches. A fully integrated music system was also featured in the five room multi-level suite, including an expansive outdoor audio system for the roof top deck, and complete with a hook-up for the disc jockey. One challenge coming into this job was to integrate all the pieces of the system in a way that a new guest, with no previous experience with advanced audio video systems, could operate without elaborate instructions and training. We chose Crestron™ Electronics for the house music system which featured intuitive, easy to operate keypads on the wall in each room. We also featured touch screen remotes to integrate the DVD players and surround systems in the various rooms so the guests could operate everything with the touch of a single button. With proper forethought in the design and planning, BCG was able to create a user friendly audio video system unprecedented in a hotel, resulting in minimal service calls and total guest satisfaction. Featured Equipment: LG Plasma & LCD Displays, Crestron Adagio Music System, Crestron XM/FM/AM Tuner, Niles Black Lava Rock Speakers, Anthony Gallo Speakers, Universal Remote Control MX-3000 Touch Screen Remote, Denon Receiver, Denon DVD Player
