The Mandeville loft is an intimate home theater space featuring CinemaTech luxury theater chairs for unmatched comfort and immersion. This private retreat showcases the possibilities of a dedicated media room—beautifully finished and performance-driven.

Surrounding our grand oak tree, Oak View envelops you in crisp, powerful sound from Sonance Mariner and Garden Series speakers with an in-ground subwoofer. Colorbeam color-changing landscape lighting transforms the outdoors into a dynamic, year-round entertainment environment.

Mulholland represents the heart of the connected home—a Control4 backbone with sleek touch panels and handheld remotes uniting DMF lighting, Josh.AI voice control, and a high-performance Unifi network with cameras.
