How do I return an item? BCG CONCEPTS ONLINE RETURN POLICY BCG Concepts is an authorized dealer of every product on our website. Every product offers the full manufacturer's warranty and is guaranteed to be new in box (unless otherwise stated). Most orders placed before 4pm EST ship out the same day. BCG ships from multiple warehouses all over the United States to minimize shipping times and costs to your location. RETURN POLICY - NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Returns are accepted for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within 10 days from the shipment date of the product. Please contact service@bcgconcepts.com to request an RMA with your original sales order number as the subject line. Product must be new in box and unopened with all accessories to receive a refund. Shipping is non-refundable. A RMA is only valid for 7 days from the date is it issued and failure to ship product back to BCG during this time may result in cancellation of the RMA and your ability to obtain a refund for the product. RETURN POLICY - DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Sometimes items arrive defective from the manufacturer. If you recieve a defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) item, please call our service department at 800-224-5721 option 3. We will provide technical support to see if we can fix the issue. If not, we will either issue an RMA to send back to our office or have the manufacturer replace the product directly. This varies from product to product depending on each manufacturers ptems is defective, contact BCG immediately within 10 days from the shipment date of the product to request an RMA and we will issue you a shipment slip to return the product to BCG for a replacement. WHAT DO I IF A PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED FROM SHIPMENT? However infrequently, sometimes product is damaged from the shipper on its way to your location. It is important that you inspect the package thoroughly for damage prior to signing or accepting a package. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the package. Then notify BCG immediately by calling us at 800-224-5721 option 3 or emailing our service department at service@bcgconcepts.com. Once a product is signed for, we are unable to provide a return if the product was physically damaged during shipping.
