The El Dorado Lofts, in Downtown Los Angeles, contracted with BCG Concepts to provide turn-key audio video packages to the new residncets of this recently restored historic building. The prospecitve buyers would choose from a list of seven carefully crafted packages that they then had the ability to wrap into their mortgage.
