The Control4 Home Automation System that you already love just got even better. Meet C4's newest addition, the Wireless Music Bridge.
The new Bridge enables you and everyone in your home, even guests, to instantly and wirelessly connect all the music on your Smarphone, tablets, and computers, to your control4 system, allowing you to enjoy any of your tunes through your home audio system. Play music from your personal digital library or seamlessly stream from your favorite music services like Spotify and Pandora. No more having to plug in your phone to a portable speaker at home or trying to enjoy a playlist through your laptop's maxed out speakers. The Bridge puts your music on the best speakers in the house, all while maintaining full use of your device, and utilizing the control systems you're already used to. And it's not even just music you'll be connecting; you'll be able to bridge podcasts, news, sports, and audio books as well. All you need is one bridge to connect your whole home, but add additional Bridges to your Control4 system, and every member of the house can have their very own wireless portal. With support for AirPlay, Bluetooth, or DNLA, the Bridge really is that versatile and easy to use, and you'll wonder how your C4 system ever lived without it. We loved this project! Mid century house. Great care was taken in making sure all audio video elements matched the house style. The client had a vintage Jenson audio box that we had redone with new driver and amplifier built in, connected it to a Sonos box and it was an awesome addition to the living room that also sounded amazing!
We used the heritage style speaker from Klipsch which matched the wood in the living room. We use the super simple RTI SURFir remote that was fully functional but without fancy LED displays and color graphics. A turntable by Musichall was added in the den and can be played throughout the entire house. For this Hollywood Hills project, BCG installed a 7.1 surround sound system that had already been pre-wired by the homeowners during their remodel a few years back. We featured speakers from Definitive Technology that blended seamlessly into the wall, and matching the trim of the recessed lighting fixtures. This project also featured three additional zones of audio, with stereo summing speakers in the kitchen as well as the dining room. The outdoor area also featured surface mounted speakers from Definitive Technology. All the components were installed in a small custom rack system on casters, tucked away in the closet. We then met with the clients and designed a fully integrated system for them. This project consisted of a centralized rack system that fed video and audio to four rooms with Samsung flat panel displays. The house audio was distributed using the Crestron Adagio system. The house featured six audio zones including a spectacular upper party deck with Niles rock speakers. BCG Concepts was referred to this project in Calabasas from one of our previous clients. We equipped the house with a total of 15 flat panel televisions, a full theater complete with seven channel surround sound, and 24 zones of house audio. This entire system was powered by the best in Crestron processing and control. This project also included an expansive outdoor audio system, including four tennis court speakers, two rock speakers by the pool, and two speakers in the cabana. A 50” plasma display was mounted over the outdoor fireplace and completed with universal remote control. The centerpiece of the system was a wall of plasma monitors in the family room, with a 60” display in the center, and two 42” plasmas directly above. All three displays were controlled by a single Crestron touch screen remote, customized to include access to DirecTV, an Escient DVD server, and a Blu-Ray High Definition DVD player. Through a personal referral, we met with the client and designed an advanced audio video system for the entire home. The major focus of this remodel was the new family room, where the client wanted to incorporate a large plasma television display and in-ceiling surround sound system, which we provided. From the family room, we moved on to redesigning and rebuilding the house music system. Featuring Crestron™ Electronics, we created an 8 zone audio distribution system controlled via in-wall touch panels and keypads. The client could now listen to XM Satellite radio, FM/AM radio, a 5 disc CD changer, or his iPod from anywhere in the house. BCG then integrated the 9 camera surveillance system into the Crestron system so that the cameras could be viewed from any of the touch screen panels, as well as the existing televisions. Complete with battery backup in case of a power outage, this complete audio video and surveillance package rounded out the home remodel and exceeded the client’s expectations ten-fold. |
